Shipping Policy - All orders are shipped via the U.S. postal service within three business days. We offer two levels of service. For standard shipping, you should expect your order within seven to ten days. For priority service, you should expect your order within three to six days. Shipping charges are calculated when your order is placed. The rates quoted apply to shipping to destinations within the United States, only. For international delivery, we will calculate a shipping quote and email the total to you for approval prior to processing your order.
Video Games and Systems - We clean and test all gaming equipment offered on this site. While items may occassionally exhibit minor cosmetic defects and ordinary wear associated with normal use, everything we sell is fully functional. We gaurantee it. If any of our products are not functioning properly upon receipt, you may return them for an exchange or full refund of the original purchase price within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please recognize that this guarantee only applies to the functional condition of our classic gaming products. If you have any questions related to the cosmetic appearance of a particular item, please contact us prior to placing your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to cosmetic defects. Also, please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Collectible Toys - We understand the importance of condition to serious collectors. That's why we make every effort to accurately and completely describe all of the collectible toys we sell. If you are not satisfied with your toy purchase upon receipt, please contact us via email within seven days of the delivery date, and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, however, that we are unable to refund shipping and handling charges.
